About Pamela L. Castle

A New Chapter Built on Years of Experience

Portrait of attorney Pamela L. Castle

Hattiesburg and the Pine Belt have always been home to Pamela Luckie Castle. A graduate of Oak Grove High School and the University of Southern Mississippi, Pam is a lifelong resident of the Hattiesburg area. For more than 30 years, Pam has served this community and the State of Mississippi in a range of legal roles, each of which has shaped the experienced attorney she is today.

A Career of Service and Advocacy

Pam began her legal career in private practice, where she spent 10 years building a successful practice focused on family and criminal law. During that time, she represented individuals and families throughout Mississippi and developed substantial experience guiding clients through difficult and consequential legal matters.

Pam then had the privilege of serving Forrest County for 16 years as County Prosecutor. After her public service, Pam spent four years in insurance defense litigation and served as a Chancery Court Staff Attorney from July 2024 through August 2026. Together, these roles gave her broad experience in private practice, public service, litigation, and the court system.

Experience That Informs a Personal Approach

Many people in Hattiesburg and the Pine Belt have known Pam for years—professionally, personally, through her family, or simply from seeing her in the community. She has always valued the trust people place in her when they need legal guidance. That trust, together with her commitment to helping others, is a central reason she returned to private practice and opened Castle Law, PLLC.

Pam raised her family in the Dixie and South Forrest County communities. Now, having two grown children of her own, Pam brings a deeper understanding of the transitions families face and the importance of having someone trustworthy beside them when legal issues arise. Her goal is to provide clear advice, practical guidance, and strong advocacy while treating every client and every matter with personal attention.

“I have always valued the trust people place in me when they need legal guidance. I am proud to return to private practice and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the community that has always been my home.”
